About the Foundation

By practicing yoga and mindfulness, we strive to lead people to develop self-knowledge and thus improve their quality of life.

Our goal

We aim to help socially disadvantaged groups through yoga, mindfulness and meditation. We support personal and spiritual growth towards higher awareness of oneself and the connection with other people.

We organize free yoga and mindfulness lessons for the elderly in retirement homes, for children in children's homes, for nurses and other caretakers in healthcare facilities, for primary and secondary school teachers and for inmates and prison staff.
